Vinnaithaandi Varuvaaya @ VTv, a movie made for lovers and a movie that bought in the real feel of lovers across the globe. We are proud to say that the movie has crossed the 125 days mark, which no other tamil movie in the recent time has done. In a period where, running a movie for 50 days finds to be a hard struggle, VTv has crossed the golden sign with the praise and support from the audience.

We thank each and every one of the Audience, Press, Online portals, Fans, Friends and Lovers for making this happen.

The video presented above was done by Arvin our Creative Moderator. We had little time, so we were not able to make a movie presentation. Fans who are good at it, can make a video presentation with the audio. The audio presentation carries the extreme characterization of the character Karthik in the movie.

Do you Guys/Gals know that Pooda Podi is the first Tamil movie ever to have a audition in Europe? Yes, it is true that it is the first movie to have ever achieved that name. The Producer Padam Kumar and Gemini Films conducted the Audition at Bayswater, London along with the Director Vignesh Shiva and Choreographer of the movie Flexy Stu.

The participants were from different countries and I was able to witness Ballet Dancers from England, Russia and France showing the presence with their skills. Later at the end of the day, we got to see the Tamil talents in the names of Club style dancing, Street Dance, Free Style, and Western. Auditions also took place for the Supportive Characters and there were quite a few aspiring talents.

The day ended with a party and the Production team did a splendid job of keeping the mood on. The Production team are still in search of aspiring artiste's for Supportive roles, and thanks to Facebook we are getting in enormous applications. If you are from London and you feel that you are one such aspiring talent who can speak Tamil profusely "Chennai slang is much appreciated" do post in your pictures and details to sag_hariharan@yahoo.co.in  . Recently many leading online portals reported that YSS Simbu is pressurizing Lingusamy to rope in Tamannah oppose him in the un named flick to be produced by Cloud Nine.

Throwing away the rumors, Simbu has denied that he wants Tamannah to be part of the film and instead he said that, he spoke to the Director to search for some other fresh face instead of Tamannah. Where as Lingusamy wanted her to be in place.

Recently fans all over voted against Tamannah acting with Simbu. They felt that Tamannah takes the success of the movie. So here is the fact, Simbu wont allow Tamannah to act in his movies, so stop believing all the rumors around that he is asking her to act with him. He has better options.

Ps : We are sorry for the previous post that Tamannah plays aside Thalaivan Silambarasan in the movie.

Its time to wish someone special. Very special indeed and its none other than VTV Producer Ganesh. His very presence in the movie made VTV lovable by the masses with Goutham Menon putting in all his talents in the romantic movie.


The highlight of Ganesh Sir is his voice and his down to earth dialog delivery. He is voice modulation made people love him, let it be

After a hard look out for the lead role to be played opposite Yss Silambarasan, the production team as finalized Tamanah aka Tamu. With the Director confirming the information to a leading news paper, Tamanah is now formally joining the team. Sources have indicated that Tamanah will have a 25 day call sheet for the team.

 She will play the role of a Law College Grad. Sources also indicate that she will have to shed some extra weight to make a good presence with Simbu. It is noted that, this is the first film for Simbu and Tamanah to act together.

First Schedule of the movie is already over and the second schedule is to be started soon, after the first schedule of Podaa Podi is shot at London.

Ps : Our delegate sources also indicate that the production team is in talks with Madhavan. It is well known that Maddy is a friend of Simbu and also he is subjected to act as Tamanah's brother in the movie, which is a pivotal role as per the Director Lingusamy.

With the sets drawn and the team of Podaa Podi gearing up for thier first schedule of shoot, our Thalaivan Yss Silambarasan aka Simbu is flying in to London tomorrow. The details of the arrival has not been announced publicly with security in mind.

Simbu is down here to scout for locations and costumes for his forthcoming flick. The entire team will fly in here by July first week and the shoot starts the same week, which continues for a period of two months.

So here is the news loud and clear. Simbu is about to show his presence in London. We can't provide him with a Red Carpet welcome , we are here to welcome him with our Red Colored Hearts.  ;)

The team of Podaa Podi is getting ready to start the venture this June. With the movie getting ready to be shot at London, last week Yss Silambarasan and Varalakshmi Sarathkumar went on a shopping spree at Bangkok along with the production team.

Shihan Hussaini held a Premiere of his Karate Kid Show at Sathyam Cinemas on 10th of this month showcasing their talents. Simbu along with Vtv Ganesh, Yuvan, Dharan, Premgi and few others took part in the show and enjoyed watching the Kid's perform.

Semmozhiyaana Tamizh Mozhiyaam is a Tamil anthem composed by Oscar Winner AR Rahman, with lyrics penned by Tamil Nadu Chief Minister Kalaignar M. Karunanidhi and performed by several leading Tamil artistes of over three generations shot by Ace Director Gautham Menon.
