The star team of Chennai Warriors emerged triumphant against Andhra Kings today at Chidambaram Stadium, Chennai. The young stars of Kollywood and Tollywood put up a fine show, much to the joy of cheering fans.Silambarasan was noted with huge applause amidst the lot.

The Andhra Kings fought well but were unprepared for some amazing bowling by the Chennai team. The Tollywood actors were all out for 187. Arya of Chennai Kings was top bowler, having taken 3 wickets.

Vikrant was declared the man of the match, Jiiva was declared the most stylish player. Ramana, captain of the winning team, donated the prize money of Rs. 50,000 to the cause of Sri Lankan Tamils. The Andhra Kings team also donated their prize money to the same cause.
