Rahman for ‘Vinnaithandi Varuvaya’, he’s so excited about it. Earlier, he had plans about commence the filming for ‘Poda Podi’ directed by his close pal Vignesh Shiva. Due to heavy downpour of snow in Canada, Silambarasan had postponed the film’s shooting schedule latter this year.

Gemini Films and Shanaya Telefilm Pvt Ltd are producing this film. Earlier, Silambarasan had opted for Dharan to score music for this flick and now he has his all-time compadre Yuvan Shankar Raja stepping in. The scenario was the same in ‘Silambattam’ that had Music Director Dheena on titles and later Yuvan replacing him.

This also gives a break for fresh ideas between Silambarasan and the little maestro. 4 Songs have already been composed and the Director Vignesh Shiva is coming up with brilliant scenes and improved shots and scenarios as he has got time. It was also speculated that the movie was dropped. But the fact being that the climatic conditions are not proper to shoot it down there.
